The terminal text scroll slowing down compiling a lot when running in a VirtualBox virtual machine
Need to disable the framebuffer by adding a blacklist entry for particular vga driver
blacklist vga16fb
into:
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-framebuffer.conf
